Privacy
Envik is the controller for personal data collected through this website. We process contact details you provide through our enquiry form in order to respond to you, and information about landowners and counterparties where it is necessary for a transaction we are working on.
If Envik invites you to its client portal, we hold your email address, name and organization, the material you have been given access to, and a log of when you signed in and which items you opened. The log holds no IP addresses and is deleted after 12 months. Sign-in links are sent through our email provider.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the relationship is active, and thereafter only where a legal or contractual obligation requires it. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it outside Envik except with advisers bound by confidentiality.
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to processing. Requests are handled within one month.

Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own beyond those necessary for it to function. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Signing in to the client portal sets one cookie that keeps you signed in. It holds a random identifier and nothing else, and it ends when you sign out or when the session expires.
Visitor statistics, where collected, use a cookieless analytics service that records page views in aggregate, stores no personal data and cannot identify an individual visitor. Because no cookie is set and nothing is stored on your device, no consent banner is required. If that ever changes, a banner will be shown before any non-essential cookie is set, and this section will say what is collected and how to withdraw consent.
03
Whistleblowing
Envik maintains a whistleblowing channel open to employees, contractors, counterparties, landowners and members of the public who wish to report suspected irregularities relating to our business.
Concerns are raised by writing to contact@envik.ai with the subject line Concern. Anyone who prefers not to be identified can write from an address that does not identify them, and a concern is handled the same way whether or not the sender is known. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is prohibited and is itself a matter for the channel.
Given the nature of site development, reports concerning dealings with public officials, land transactions and procurement are treated as the highest priority, and are escalated to the board where warranted.
04
Environmental policy
Envik’s environmental policy is a governing document. It binds siting decisions, procurement and contracted works on every site the company controls, and compliance is reviewed at the same stage gates as title, power and consents.
Its requirements are the six commitments stated on the sustainability page: an assessed path to fossil-free supply at the point of connection, an assessed heat offtake and its connection requirements, no evaporative cooling consumption where the site permits it, a biodiversity baseline and any species dispensation decided before earthworks, retained forest under a long-term plan with the landowner, and per-site reporting against the commitments made at permitting, until handover.
Progress against those commitments is reported site by site until handover, and released with the site package.
