The next project starts here.
Data center positions in the Nordics, weighted to where the grid has room and where the demand sits, with 1.6 GW of grid capacity contracted or applied for. A 150 MW site is ready to build now.
Position
Capacity where it can be connected.
The Nordic grid has room in the north, where fossil-free generation already runs past local demand, and scarcity in the south, where every new connection is contested.
Envik carries positions in both halves of that market, each bought and held on its own balance sheet ahead of any buyer. A northern site sits on the surplus side of the constraint that sets today’s price spread; reinforcement will narrow it over time, so the durable case for the north is deep available capacity and a shorter queue, with the price advantage sized over the period a buyer actually underwrites. A southern site suits workloads where latency to the continent outweighs power cost, and is taken on only where a connection path is already in hand. The difference is put plainly to any operator weighing the two.

Ready to build now.
Envik SE2-01 in Västernorrland is ready to build and is offered as a complete package: dated grid capacity with a named substation, consents in force, and a full data room released under NDA. The path from the connection agreement to energization, including the network operator’s own consents for the incoming line and who carries what in between, is documented in the site package.
Apply the six ready-to-build tests to this site. The package is built to be checked. The six tests
Nordic price areas
The geography behind the portfolio.
Sweden trades power in four price areas, and the spread between them is set by geography: surplus in the north, scarcity in the south. That is the market the portfolio is weighted against. Connection, timing and terms are still settled site by site.
- SE1 · Luleå
Surplus hydro and wind, the deepest available capacity in Sweden and among the lowest structural prices in the Nordics.
- SE2 · Sundsvall
Strong generation, improving transmission and a growing industrial cluster with established supply chains.
- SE3 · Stockholm
Demand-dense and connectivity-rich, but capacity is constrained and queues are long.
- SE4 · Malmö
Continental latency advantage, tight capacity and the highest structural power price.
Map is indicative. Price-area boundaries are shown schematically.

Screening is where most land leaves.

Supercharging
Delivered for charge point operators.
Envik has developed supercharging sites for Europe’s leading charge point operators, site after site.
Each one began with a property owner and a lease, and reached its operator with the grid connection secured. The operator builds and runs the chargers.
